Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Warehouse Operative for night shifts at our Banbury site. You will work across ambient, chilled or frozen chambers in a busy, multi-temperature warehouse, ensuring accurate picking and safe packaging throughout each shift.

The role requires a flexible 44-hour week on a rolling rota, with potential overtime. You’ll join a team focused on delivering quality service to major food and drink brands, while upholding health, safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Ability to work a 5-day rolling rota including weekends and bank holidays.
• Willingness to operate across ambient, chilled or frozen sections.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using voice technology.
• Check quality, shelf life and packaging robustness.
• Ensure products are stacked safely and meet client standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet KPIs and safety standards.
• Maintain health & safety and food hygiene practices.
