Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking an experienced Site Manager to recruit and lead a night-shift team of warehouse operatives at the depot in Harwell. You will ensure efficient unloading, accurate sortation, and achievement of KPI targets while maintaining high engagement and motivation among staff.

The role requires proven people management in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and the ability to drive reporting and data analysis to optimise performance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CAD % is achieved at the depot.
• Ensure depot throughput target is achieved in line with target tip time.
• Achieve depot saturations target.
• Achieve parcels per person hour target.
• Meet health & safety, productivity and cost objectives.
• Resourcing additional staff at short notice in case of absences.
