Job summary

DPD UK is seeking an experienced Sortation Manager to strengthen the hub operations team. You will supervise a night shift of warehouse operatives, ensuring accurate parcel sortation to meet KPI targets while loading/unloading trailers for the network of Depots.

You will drive health & safety, productivity and cost objectives, while leading a high-performing team with strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications

Experience managing a fast-paced warehouse or hub night operations.
Proven ability to motivate and lead a high-performing team.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient with data reporting and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

Oversee the night-time sortation of parcels and loading/unloading of trailers.
Drive achievement of health & safety, productivity and cost KPIs.
Resolve problems quickly and maintain high process quality.
Lead, develop and engage a night shift team through effective coaching.
