Job summary

First Call Contract Services Limited is seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative / Driver for its Fulbourn site. You will perform warehouse duties and drive a 3.5‑tonne vehicle for multi‑drop deliveries across the UK, with up to 15 drops per shift.

The role includes quality checks, stock handling, and on‑time deliveries. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence with at least 3 years’ experience, prior 3.5‑tonne vehicle driving, and good geographical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and at least 3 years driving experience.
• Experience driving a 3.5‑tonne vehicle is essential.
• Good geographical knowledge and multi‑drop delivery capability.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load vehicles safely for deliveries and ensure secure transport.
• Complete multi‑drop deliveries of automotive glass across the UK (up to 15 drops per shift).
• Carry out quality checks on glass and handle stock in the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow health and safety rules.
