Job summary

Pertemps Milton Keynes is seeking a Warehouse Operative / Relief Driver (3.5T-7.5T) in High Wycombe. The role blends warehouse duties with driving cover, primarily in the depot, with Monday–Friday hours and flexibility. Salary ranges £29,120–£31,200, reflecting experience.

Responsibilities include stock management, order prep, and dispatch support, plus occasional deliveries. Applicants should hold a C1 licence and Driver CPC if possible.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence (Category B) with experience driving 3.5T vans.
• Previous warehouse, picking and packing, or delivery experience.
• Ability to undertake regular lifting, loading and handling of bulky items.
• Reliable and flexible approach with a positive team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch and collection.
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Move, organise and store stock within the warehouse.
• Label parcels and pallets and prepare courier documentation.
• Assist with customer collections and basic warehouse administration.
