Job summary

InPost UK in Leeds is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor (Nights) to lead daily warehouse operations and optimise our parcel sortation processes. You will manage a night shift, coach a team, and drive operational excellence in a fast-growing logistics hub.

This role offers a 09:00–17:30 shift, Tuesday to Saturday, and a salary of £30,000 per annum with pension, life insurance and Cycle2Work. Join a high‑energy team focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in a supervisory role within parcel sortation or logistics warehouse.
Strong background in warehouse flow management and operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication across teams and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and relevant technology tools.
Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments.
Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

Oversee and optimise daily warehouse operations and parcel sortation processes.
Lead, train and inspire a high‑performance warehouse team.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and smooth operations.
Enforce SOPs to ensure consistency, efficiency and quality.
Maintain a strong focus on health and safety and compliance.
Manage the OLA shift and driver pre-/de-briefings.
Ensure a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
