Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Mossend operation in Scotland. You will lead a night shift, manage a team and ensure productivity, quality, safety and customer service targets are met, in collaboration with the Warehouse and Transport Manager.

This full-time role covers 45 hours per week on a 5-from-7 shift, with a salary up to £34,500 and a comprehensive benefits package including pension, private medical and dental insurance, 24/7 GP, life assurance and more.

• Must have previous team management experience in warehouse/logistics/transport environments.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams.

Working closely with the Warehouse and Transport Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operation, maintaining high standards, and creating an environment where colleagues can thrive.

This is a full-time, permanent position. You will work our night shift covering ‘any 5 from 7’ including weekends, covering 45 hours per week.

• Previous team management experience within a warehouse, logistics or transport environment
