Job summary

Cainiao Group in Daventry is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead the department staff, train, schedule, and coordinate workflows to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will supervise inventory control, enforce SOPs, drive continuous improvement through data analysis, and maintain equipment while prioritizing safety. The role requires strong leadership, cross-department collaboration, and flexibility for night shifts.

Qualifications

• Education in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred.
• At least six months of warehouse management experience; overseas warehouse experience preferred.
• Night shift availability preferred.
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational abilities; able to lead a team to meet goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: daily management of department staff, including training, scheduling, and coordination across processes.
• Inventory Control: ensure SOPs and daily warehouse inspections.
• Communication and Coordination: collaborate across departments for efficient operations.
• Problem Solving: address shortages or damage and propose improvements.
• Data Analysis: summarize inbound data and suggest process improvements.
• Equipment Maintenance: supervise inbound equipment and ensure safety.
