Job summary

Advanced Supply Chain Bradford is seeking a people-focused Warehouse Night Shift Manager to lead a night team on a permanent, full-time basis at our BD12 site based in BD12, working Sunday to Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:15am.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and coaching them to meet targets.
• Familiar with using an in-house warehouse management system.
• Understanding of safe systems of work and Lean Six Sigma concepts.
• Good knowledge of Health and Safety in warehousing and distribution.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and Operatives to hit targets.
• Own day-to-day operations within your area and ensure processes are followed.
• Create a positive, high-performing environment with teamwork and accountability.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed and incidents are reported.
• Analyse data, identify root causes, and implement improvements.
• Provide equipment, training and support for safe, efficient work.
• Manage performance, attendance, wellbeing and engagement.
• Support site-wide projects and drive continuous improvement.
