Advanced Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Night Shift Manager for our Bradford site, Sunday to Thursday 10:00pm to 6:15am. The role is permanent, full-time and offers £35,000 - £40,000 per year.

You will lead and develop Team Leaders and Operatives, drive performance and ensure customer service targets are met. Join a growing business that puts its people first, with development, training, and opportunities to progress.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams and shifts.
• Experience in fast-paced logistics or warehouse environments.
• Willing to work night shifts Sunday–Thursday.
• Strong safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives to meet targets.
• Own day-to-day operations within your area and ensure processes are followed.
• Foster a positive, high-performance working environment.
• Ensure Health & Safety policies are followed; report incidents.
• Analyze operational data, identify root causes, implement solutions.
• Ensure teams have equipment, training, and support to work safely.
• Manage performance, attendance, wellbeing and engagement.
• Support site-wide projects and drive continuous improvement.
