Job summary

Deutsche Post DHL Group in Cannock is seeking a Shift Manager to lead our night-time warehouse operations and drive performance across a multi-shift environment.

You will oversee a team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 18:00 to 06:00 with one Saturday every four weeks, ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining high service levels. Join us and contribute to a leading global logistics network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience
• Continuous improvement experience
• WMS experience
• Strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving ability
