Job summary

Henderson Brown Recruitment is partnering with a growing FMCG business to recruit a Warehouse Shift Manager for the night shift. You will lead the day-to-day warehouse operation, drive KPI performance, and ensure goods are received and dispatched accurately and on time.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, analyse performance, manage labour requirements, and implement continuous improvement to maximise efficiency. Health and safety, HACCP, and MHE compliance will be essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse environments (FMCG/food preferred).
• Proven track record as Warehouse Shift Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong leadership with ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Solid understanding of warehouse management systems, labour planning and cost control.
• Experience with continuous improvement and process changes.
• Good knowledge of health and safety procedures, HACCP, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations and night shift performance.
• Drive KPI achievement, on-time goods receipt and dispatch, and cost control.
• Coach and develop the warehouse team to meet business objectives.
• Analyse performance and manage labour requirements for efficiency.
• Oversee equipment maintenance, HACCP compliance, and audits.
• Promote a culture of accountability and safety.
