Job summary

DK Recruitment is seeking a tenacious Night Shift Manager to lead a busy operation in the York area. You will oversee up to 30-100 staff across a 02:00-11:00 night shift, Tuesday to Saturday, ensuring productivity and KPI targets are met while safeguarding Health and Safety.

Knowledge of warehouse and transport operations is advantageous, and you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns as volumes fluctuate. Salary band is £32,000 to £37,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading large, diverse teams to meet productivity targets.
• Experience monitoring KPI performance and driving improvements.
• Strong focus on Health and Safety compliance and reporting.

I am looking for a NIGHT Shift Manager. 02:00 - 11:00. Tuesday to Saturday.

Knowledge of both Warehouse and Transport operations would be a distinct advantage.

I am recruiting for a busy Shift, so you must be flexible to work across varying shift patterns if needed.

Leading and motivating teams of up to 30 - 100 people, you will ensure productivity is on target, track KPI's, adhere to and moitor Health and Safety, among other tasks.
