DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations team in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will lead a team of drivers and warehouse operatives, ensuring accurate processing of Collections and Returns and delivering on depot objectives.

You will drive performance, compliance, HR tasks and reporting, working to meet targets and uphold ISO procedures. Join a company committed to customer-centric, inclusive and sustainable delivery across the UK.

• Experience in a fast-paced operation with people management responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to motivate and manage a team.

• Ability to produce comprehensive reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Achieve depot objectives related to Operational Performance, regulatory compliance and financial targets.
• Oversee HR tasks and responsibilities and lead a high-performing team.
• Manage Collections and Returns processing and coordination with Drivers and Warehouse Operatives.
• Ensure depot targets for Collection ETAs, Early Volume, Saturn Success and related reports are met.
• Analyse systems and reports and update them in a timely manner.
