Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift warehouse operatives to ensure efficient and timely unloading of lorries.
• Ensure accurate sortation of parcels in line with KPIs.
• Achieve CAD %, depot throughput targets, and saturation targets.
• Deliver Health & Safety, productivity, and cost objectives.
• Resource additional staff at short notice as needed.
