Remarkable Jobs Limited is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for a busy night operation in Colnbrook. This hands-on leadership role will oversee overnight performance, stock accuracy, workflow, safety and people management to ensure the site is ready for the next day.

You will lead supervisors, technicians and agency staff, drive productivity and inventory integrity, manage staffing and performance, and maintain high Health & Safety standards while flexing to overtime and occasional weekend

Warehouse Operations Manager - NIGHT SHIFT

Salary: Depending on Experience + Night Shift Allowance + Overtime

Hours: 40 hours per week – rotating night shifts between 7:00pm and 7:00am

Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a busy night operation in Colnbrook.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and knows how to get the best from their team. You’ll take ownership of overnight performance, stock accuracy, workflow, safety and people management, ensuring the operation is ready for the following day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading supervisors, technicians, agency staff and trainees.

Driving productivity, stock accuracy and operational performance.

Managing warehouse workflow, returns, shortages and equipment movement.

Resolving bottlenecks and ensuring deadlines are achieved.

Managing staffing, absence, holidays, 1-2-1s and performance.

Coaching and developing your team.

Maintaining high Health & Safety standards.

Ensuring accurate stock and inventory records.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing a

warehouse, logistics, distribution or similar operation.
