Job summary

InPost UK in Northampton is seeking a Nights Warehouse Shift Manager to lead our depot operations and drive performance across the night shift.

Reporting to the Shift Operations Manager, you will supervise a dedicated team, optimise processes, manage rotas and ensure safety and timely handovers between shifts.

This role offers a 23:00–07:30 shift, any 5 in 7, and a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a fast-paced Warehouse/Distribution/Logistics environment.
• Proven track record in people management and team leadership.
• Ability to drive and surpass operational KPIs.
• Calm, focused, and resilient under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and practical decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics systems.
