Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for the Bristol site to manage night-shift operations. You will support the First Line Manager, coordinate workloads, lead safety and quality initiatives, and act as shift lead to ensure safe, efficient performance.

The role is full-time, 4 on 4 off, 19:00–07:00, with a salary up to £31,758.48 and a comprehensive benefits package. We value safety, teamwork and compliance across all activities.

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist to join our Currys site in Bristol. You'll play a key role in supporting the First Line Manager to deliver a safe, efficient and high-performing warehouse operation throughout the night shift. Acting as the first point of contact on shift, you'll coordinate workloads, deploy labour effectively and ensure operational priorities are achieved while maintaining exceptional standards of safety, service and compliance.

Based in our fast-paced Bristol ERDC operation, you'll work closely with operational teams to ensure key warehouse activities including tipping, picking, loading and MHE clamp truck movements are completed safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations. You'll also provide leadership, coaching and operational support to colleagues, stepping up to cover management responsibilities when required.

This is a full-time permanent role working 4 on, 4 off – 19:00 to 07:00
