Job summary

Yusen Logistics is recruiting a Warehouse Administrator for the Erith site (DA18 4AF). The role supports smooth warehouse operations by handling administrative tasks to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.

The position is full-time and permanent, offering a salary of £31,500 plus a £1,872 night shift allowance. Working hours are 22:00–06:30, Monday evening to Saturday morning, with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Complete all customer reports accurately and on time.
• Enter data into the system with precision and update records.
• Follow the customer’s escalation process within agreed timelines.
• Support route planning and ensure routes are closed correctly.
• Ensure goods are received, picked and despatched accurately with SLAs.
• Maintain 5S compliance across the warehouse.
