Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for our Sustainable Distribution Centre (NN7 2QA). The role runs Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00, leading a shift and ensuring safe, efficient inbound/outbound processes while upholding company SOPs and safety standards.

The successful candidate will hold a valid MHE licence and have experience leading a team in a fast-paced warehouse. A competitive salary plus a shift allowance is offered and a range of staff benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

Requires good level of general education and strong English communication.
Experience leading a team in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
Fluency with basic computer applications and warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth running of the shift, ensuring safe handling of goods and adherence to SOPs/WIs.
Ensure accurate, safe handling of all goods and minimize damage.
Brief and manage staff; coordinate with other teams to support operations.
Lead health and safety practices, PPE usage, and equipment checks.
Train and develop team members and manage performance and conduct as required.
