Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Transport Administrator for our Desborough site on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves administrative support, primarily booking collections and deliveries for customers while ensuring compliance with procedures.

The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and create accurate data.
• Book in collections and deliveries for customers.
• Ensure POD and Return processes are followed.
