Clarke Transport, a UK transport operator, is recruiting a Night Shift Traffic Clerk to join our National Hub in Tipton. You will help coordinate daily transport activity and ensure drivers receive accurate route and delivery information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport operations and monitor overall activity.
• Provide drivers with accurate route, collection and delivery information.
• Monitor customer deliveries and provide timely ETA updates.
• Record delays and communicate operational changes to teams.
• Ensure daily collection requirements are completed and reported.
• Assist with driver debriefs and performance monitoring.
• Maintain accurate information flow between traffic office and warehouse.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets for internal departments and customers.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, colleagues and customers to sustain service quality.
