SSP UK & Ireland at Glasgow Central Station is hiring a Night Shift Team Leader for M&S Simply Food. This full-time role oversees opening, closing and daily operations while the night team stays energized and focused.

You will lead a team through busy shifts, deliver great customer service, and be the go-to person for staff and customers. A previous night leadership in hospitality or retail is required, with a flexible schedule across weekdays, weekends and holidays.

• Previous night shift leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
• Ability to open/close and run daily operations.
• Comfortable working a 40 hour, 4 on/4 off schedule with flexible days.

About The Role

NIGHT SHIFT TEAM LEADER - M&S SIMPLY FOOD, Glasgow Central Station

Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 am, bringing your rate of pay to £15.25 per hour.

Previous night shift experience leading a team in a busy Hospitality or Retail environment is required.

Shift Pattern: Full-Time (40 hrs). 4 days on 4 days off. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
