Job summary

Cygnet in Lockerbie is seeking a confident Night Shift Support Worker to provide exceptional care at Trinity Lodge, a specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You will work 42 hours per week on night shifts, supporting individuals with physical and mental health needs and helping them lead more independent lives.

  • Experience in care settings is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced PVG check is required.

Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way.
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs.
