Job summary

Cygnet is seeking compassionate night-shift carers to support adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge. You’ll work 8pm–8am on a rotating pattern, delivering enhanced care within a clinical team and contributing to informed welfare planning.

Training and development opportunities are provided as part of a supportive environment. Success hinges on strong communication, sensitivity, and a commitment to safeguarding the vulnerable while maintaining a clean, safe environment

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check is required.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Sensitive and intuitive to support adults with autism and learning disabilities.
• Willingness to work night shifts and follow care plans.

About Us

You'll work 42 hours a week nights only, making a profound difference in the lives of adults with autism and learning disabilities at Broughton Lodge, a specialist enhanced residential service for individuals who may present challenging behaviours.

Shift Pattern: Nights (8pm - 8am) Week 1: 4 days on, 3 days off Week 2: 3 days on, 4 days off

Your Responsibilities
