Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate Support Practitioners in East Kilbride to support individuals in their own homes with disabilities and additional needs.

No prior care experience is required as full training and SVQ funding are provided, with supervision and progression opportunities within social care. Applicants must have a full UK manual licence and be available for night shifts.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in their own homes with daily living activities.
• Assist with medication and finances as needed.
• Help with housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
• Engage people in hobbies and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
