Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is looking for compassionate Support Practitioners to help two young ladies settle into their new home in Glasgow. Driving is essential and applicants must be female with a full UK driver license.

You will provide 24/7 support across day and waking-night shifts, helping with daily living, independence, and community activities. Join a caring, dedicated team and contribute to an active, meaningful lifestyle for the individuals supported.

Qualifications

• Must have full UK driver1s license.
• Female applicants only.
• Willing to use own vehicle for community activities until mobility car is provided.

Responsibilities

• Support two young ladies with all aspects of daily living.
• Help them settle into their new home and build confidence and independence.
• Develop connections within their local community and pursue meaningful activities.
• Support outings and community participation to enable an active, fulfilling lifestyle.
• Be part of a consistent, supportive team providing 24/7 care across day and waking-night shifts.
