Stewart Johnson Partners Limited in Daventry is seeking a Night Shift Workshop Supervisor to lead a busy workshop handling commercial vehicle maintenance and repair. You will supervise a team of technicians during the night shift, coordinate workloads, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and stay hands-on with technical work to deliver high quality service on time.

• Strong technical knowledge of HGVs or commercial vehicles.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

• Allocating work and monitoring progress throughout the shift
• Ensuring an efficient workflow and that deadlines are met

• Implementing safety procedures and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Supporting and training team members to maintain high service standards

Night Shift Workshop Supervisor

Location: Daventry

Salary: £58,656 per annum

Hours: 48 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 18:00-06:30

Job type: Full-time, Permanent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join an established commercial vehicle business based in Daventry. This is a hands-on leadership role within a busy workshop environment. You will supervise a team of technicians, coordinate the nightly workload and ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
