The Night Shift Supervisor role requires motivating staff, prioritizing needs efficiently, and applying lateral and original thinking, especially in logistics or related fields. Collaboration and leadership on projects are essential.

This is a night-based role, with core hours from 22:00 to 08:00, though shift times may vary based on volumes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of up to 50 staff, providing leadership and direction
• Develop and train team members, ensuring SLA targets are met
• Ensure compliance with all HSES rules and regulations
• Process BI and MI reports based on work output
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables

Essential Skills and Experience

• Management experience leading teams
• Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is advantageous
• Ability to work independently under pressure to tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of transport regulations (preferred)
