Asda in Leyton is hiring a Night Manager to lead the night team and keep everything running while the store sleeps, ensuring top availability and shop floor standards across all departments, while keeping the store safe and compliant. You will work a rolling rota of 4 nights over 7, including weekends, and oversee operations through the night when the store is 24 hours open.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight.
• Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people.
• Confidence in developing teams and managing change.

• Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends.
