Job summary

DP World is seeking a Shipping Receive Analyst for night shifts in Minworth. The role focuses on maintaining records of shipments, ensuring delivery success, and delivering excellent customer service during a Sunday-Thursday, 11pm–7am schedule.

Key duties include updating trailer reports, managing material levels, and coordinating with operations to meet inbound and outbound windows. A UK driving license and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication at all levels within the supply base.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Office.
• Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Answer routine inquiries and manage material level records.
• Implement and monitor materials systems.
• Update trailer reports and team boards.
• Receive into systems and release trailers in the system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and anticipate needs.
• Ensure inbound and outbound transport windows are met.
• Coordinate with operations for shipments and expedites.
• Escalate issues as required and follow processes.
