Job summary

UPS is seeking a Shipping Associate to support Marken UK import and export shipments, ensuring timely, compliant processing and quality standards. The role involves documentation, data entry, and coordination with brokers and carriers.

Responsibilities include handling customs paperwork, maintaining electronic records, and responding to inquiries while upholding accuracy and customer service excellence. Permanently based in the UK with night shifts (7pm–7am).

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or import/export operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process import/export documentation and forms.
• Enter data accurately into transportation and customs systems.
• Coordinate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely processing.
• Monitor shipment status and provide updates to customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws and company policies.
