Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care in line with individual care plans.
• Support residents with nighttime routines, promoting dignity, independence and choice.
• Lead, supervise, and support the night care team to maintain excellent standards of care.
• Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and ongoing development.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals, relatives and external agencies as required.
