Job summary

National Care Group is hiring a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to support adults with learning disabilities at Essential Care and Support Limited - Abbeyvale Care Centre in Hartlepool. The role focuses on evaluating support needs, planning care, and driving continuous quality improvements in a person-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or be working towards it) and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Holding a full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior management in assessing people’s support needs and develop new ideas to improve quality of service.
