Highgate Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) in Brighouse at Rastrick Hall & Grange. Permanent, full-time 38.5hrs/week, including alternate weekends. Salary £13.75ph. Not sponsoring visa at this time.

You will join a small, compassionate team focused on truly person-centred care. The role involves supervising junior staff, supporting residents, and ensuring high standards of daily living and well-being.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in care or willingness to work towards it.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities ensuring dignity and comfort.
• Supervise and train junior staff under senior guidance.
• Assist residents with physical, emotional, and spiritual needs as required.
