Lancashire County Council is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant to support older people across its care homes and day services in Clitheroe. This part-time role (23.33 hours per week) is paid pro rata and requires a commitment to high-quality care with kindness and dignity.

You should hold an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care and be willing to complete level 3, with experience leading and coaching a team to deliver safe, person-centred care across 16 care homes and 13 day
