Job summary

Anchor Hanover Group in Layston Grove, Buntingford (SG9 9SU) is seeking a Senior Care Assistant (Nights) to lead night shifts, deliver person-centred care and support a team from 8:00pm to 8:00am. The role is permanent nights at Layston Grove, part of England's largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people.

You'll oversee the night team, administer medications, review care plans and mentor colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of care and safety.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or an experienced Care Assistant ready for the next step
• NVQ/Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Medication administration experience
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
