You will mentor junior staff, ensure accurate care documentation, and maintain safety and compassionate care across the shift. We offer induction, training, and career development in a friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in elderly or residential care.
• Must be fully flexible to work night shifts.
• Familiarity with safe medication handling, administration, and documentation.
• Strong understanding of infection control, safeguarding, and health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of personalised, compassionate care, ensuring residents’ needs are met.
• Lead and work collaboratively with the care team to deliver outstanding quality care.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
• Ensure all care documentation is completed accurately and in line with Home procedures.
• Uphold and promote the company’s mission, vision, and values through daily interactions and care practices.
• Support the residential care team to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for residents and staff, ensuring compliance with care regulations.
