Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Night Shift Security Logistics Supervisor for the Greatworth to Southam Area. You will act as the EKFB area representative for night security and logistics support, supervising security at multiple sites and coordinating with the SOC during alarms.

The role runs 18:00–06:00, seven nights per week with shift rotations. You will mentor officers, monitor attendance, and ensure CCTV and intruder device responses are tested and effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction environment; security awareness; ability to work in shifts; driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night shift security and logistics across multiple sites.
• Mentor and train security officers; conduct toolbox talks and briefings.
• Coordinate with EKFB SOC during alarms and incidents; report issues to Area Security Manager.
