Job summary

EKFB is recruiting a Night Shift Security and Logistic Supervisor to oversee the night security and logistics support within the G2S delivery area. You will represent EKFB on security operations across multiple sites and have extensive security and logistics experience.

This is not a frontline security role. The role runs 1800–0600hrs, seven nights per week, with a shift rotation that covers weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a construction environment is required.
• Security awareness and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to work in a shift pattern.
• Driving licence is essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the night security shift across multiple sites.
• Mentor and train security officers; manage attendance and disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate tasks set by the EKFB Area Security Manager and advise on security plans.
• Monitor alarms and CCTV; respond to incidents and coordinate actions with the EKFB SOC.
• Ensure site welfare, safety checks and reporting routines are followed.
