Job summary

Bupa Care Homes (HH Bradford) Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse for Ridley Park in Blyth. You will be responsible for resident well-being, managing medications, and contributing to personalised care plans to support independence and quality of life.

The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with day shifts from 8am to 8pm. A welcome bonus is available, along with ongoing training on digital care tools and professional development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and current nursing registration.
• Experience delivering high quality clinical care in a care home setting.
• Ability to coach and support care teams and maintain care standards.
• Competent in managing medications, care plans, and CQC expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the well-being of residents and meet physical, emotional and social needs.
• Provide clinical guidance and teach best practices to the care team.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans for residents.
• Monitor practices to ensure safety and compliance with standards.
