Job summary

Raylo is seeking a Risk Operations Lead to spearhead our first dedicated US night-operations team. You’ll manage live cases across fraud, credit risk and insurance, coaching four Associates and aligning with global risk strategies.

The role requires a 4-on, 4-off pattern, with shifts from 1pm to 5am, including weekends. You’ll drive operational performance, establish decision standards, and turn data insights into proactive risk countermeasures while collaborating with cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fraud, credit risk or insurance decisioning.
• Experience leading and coaching a team in a fast-paced fintech or consumer finance env.
• Strong data-driven decision making and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a four-person Associates team on live US cases.
• Apply risk standards to resolve, hold, or escalate cases.
• Manage fraud, credit risk, and insurance casework.
• Oversee queue health, SLAs, quality, and capacity.
• Coach team with real-time guidance and consistent decisions.
• Use data insights to spot fraud trends and countermeasures.
• Collaborate with Operations and Risk Strategy for alignment.
• Propose scalable processes and shift-pattern improvements.
