Job summary

Raylo in Belfast is hiring a Collections Manager to lead our US-hours collections team. You’ll manage live cases, drive shift performance and co‑ordinate with risk, product, and operations to scale our US portfolio. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, real-time decisioning and data‑driven process improvements.

You’ll work a rotating 4 days on, 4 days off pattern with shifts between 1pm and 5am, including weekends, to support US customer hours. This is a full‑time, on‑site position in Belfast.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in collections and team leadership.
• Ability to make sharp, real-time risk decisions in a fast-paced fintech environment.
• Strong data and analytics literacy to drive shift performance and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Run the night shift: lead a team of Associates on a fixed, rotating pattern for US customers.
• Apply established risk policy to make clear calls on complex cases.
• Manage live casework including arrears and payment arrangements.
• Coach the team with real-time guidance to raise decision quality.
• Use shift data to identify trends, bottlenecks and training gaps.
• Collaborate with Collections, Ops, Risk and Product to improve processes.
