Job summary

bp retail is hiring for a Customer Service Assistant (NIGHTS) to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll be part of a collaborative store team, providing friendly service to customers while working on shift patterns that include nights.

You’ll receive online and on-the-job training to develop the skills needed for the role, with opportunities for progression, discounts, wellbeing support, and a range of bp benefits offered to employees.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn through online and on-the-job training.
• Applicants welcome from 18+ and eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of yourself, colleagues and customers according to bp policies.
• Serve customers efficiently and meet their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive, inclusive work environment in line with bp beliefs.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock levels.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the bp loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties across store, facilities and forecourt.
