BP Retail is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for night shifts in our store. You will welcome customers, serve at the Wild Bean Café, handle stock and deliveries, and support promotions while keeping areas clean and safe for all. Training is provided to develop your skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for customer service.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• No prior retail experience required; online and on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Safety of yourself, colleagues, and the customer is the top priority.
• Serve customers efficiently, meeting their needs promptly.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Prepare and serve food and drink items from the Wild Bean Café.
• Receive deliveries, replenish stock and manage stock tasks.
• Support bp offers, promotions and the loyalty scheme.
• Carry out cleaning duties in store, facilities and forecourt.
