Job summary

Allegra Care Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Fairmile Grange night team on a 24.5-hour week. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, complete clinical assessments and care plans, and support colleagues on shift.

You will lead with confidence within a supportive team, ensuring care meets CQC standards and building strong relationships with residents and families. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
• Experience with older people in social care or healthcare settings.
• Good understanding of CQC standards.
• Ability to lead, organise and make clinical decisions.
• Strong communication and basic IT skills.
