Job summary

Find Medic is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (Night Shifts) to join our UK nursing home. The ideal candidate is an RGN or RMN with compassionate care and professionalism. You will deliver direct care, administer medications, assess residents, and work with a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of safety and well-being.

Night shifts require reliability and empathy. NMC registration and 1–2 years’ experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications per care plans.
• Assess residents and contribute to developing individualized care plans.
• Supervise and support junior staff and care assistants.
