Job summary

Renaissance Care in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join Berelands Care Home on a 38.5-hour week night shift. You will play a vital role in enriching residents' lives and supporting clinical needs with a person-centred approach.

As Nurse in Charge, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team, oversee care planning, document on Nourish, mentor colleagues, administer medications, and promote dignity and independence while ensuring safety and high quality care.

Qualifications

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team.
• Knowledge of NMC code of conduct and professional care standards.

Responsibilities

• Care planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Documenting and reporting care using the Nourish platform.
• Mentoring and supporting junior staff.
• Administering medication following procedures to keep residents safe.
