Greenan Manor in Ayrshire is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 36-hour per week night shifts. You will lead the team, deliver high-quality clinical care, and develop person-centred care plans for residents in a 52-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team (Desirable)
• Excellent knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Upholding high nursing care standards by leading the team and ensuring the shift runs smoothly
• Deliver hands on clinical care, leadership and support to provide person-centred care
• Advocate and deliver a person-centred approach to care for residents and families
• Develop and monitor tailored care plans and risk assessments adhering to regulatory frameworks
