Job summary

Marchmont Care Home in Port Glasgow is seeking an Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to deliver high-quality, clinically led care on a shift basis. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, and administer medications while leading a skilled care team.

Qualifications

• Active NMC PIN required.
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills.
• Confidence in leading shifts and supporting a team.
• Good communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, clinically led care.

• Lead shifts and support the care team to ensure safe, person-centred care.
